I’m Deanne Aline Litman, a Learning & Development professional, Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) Specialist, Global Mobility professional, intercultural educator, and consultant passionate about helping individuals and organizations learn, adapt, and thrive across cultures.
Having lived in 5 countries and traveled to more than 35, I bring firsthand experience in cultural adaptation, international mobility, global collaboration, and cross-cultural learning.
